Bugatti Veyron

Bugatti Veyron is the fastest car. Bugatti Veyron is the most expensive car. Bugatti Veyron is the most powerful car in the world which you can drive in the streets. Would you like to try one? It will cost you around $1.2 million, or you should have a very good friend who owns this super car. It can reach up to 407 km/h (253 mph) - so basically you will be flying.

What is very pleasing is the fact that this exotic car drives and handles really easy even at these speeds, not like most of other supercars at much lower speeds. This comes as a big surprise, because before creating it, former Volkswagen boss Ferdinand Piech bought Bugatti and a design from someone and said: "this is what the next Bugatti will look like." And without consulting anyone, he continued. "And it will have an engine that develops 1000 horsepower and it will be capable of 400kph."

It was really hard to build such a powerful engine for the Bugatti supercar, but engineers made it. Next important thing - gearbox - was made by the British company named Ricardo, which makes gearboxes for F1 cars. And another thing to mention - design of this monster car - even mirrors plays a very significant role in aerodynamics of Bugatti Veyron exotic supercar , not to mention electronically controlled spoiler.

Specifications
Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is named after racer Pierre Veyron, who has won the 24 hours of Le Mans in 1939 while driving for the Bugatti. 16.4 stands for 16 cylinders and 4 wheels drive. This exotic supercar is capable of reaching 407 kph (253 mph) with its 8 L 1001 PS engine. The engine is so powerful and so fuel hungry that it could consume 1L of fuel much faster than you could drink a pint of beer - that's why it will do only around 7 mpg (33.6 L/100 km) in the city. But don't worry, if you had enough money to buy this supercar, probably you will not need to take a loan to fill it with petrol. And don't forget - you will be able to reach the speed 100 km/h (60mph) in 2.5 seconds, 200 km/h (122 mph) in 7.3 seconds and 300 km/h (185mph) in just 16.7 seconds. The only problem to drive at these speeds will be finding a straight and long enough road, because I doubt you will be able to notice any turn before crashing your Bugatti supercar at more than 400 km/h.
